We have less than 5 users of the winxp build, I'll rather explain it to all of them, instead of juggling with a new 0/1 flag.

We have nightly builds for win7/win10 builds too, so it's nothing new really.

No problem. It was necessary to tie the whole translation to the modification long ago. You just happen to have different translation options for different operating systems.
