Still getting that errors in log. This is normal? If i understand them correctly you can not recover some robot after battle.

It's only a warning, not an error. But I've already fixed it, no worries.

The word "the" before outer space is uneeded.

Very well. I won't pretend to understand anything related to articles, so I just fixed it.

I think I killed a large alien drone there with a rocket, so that's probably it.  Thats some pitch black dirt

Yeah, XCF's palette is dark, which may causes some issues like this one...

Not sure what you did to fix it, but I assume it's the same problem

That was 5 years ago lol. XD
Yes, technically I have a GitHub, but it doesn't seem to have any seach features, and it doesn't even give me the date of the commit - only "8 days ago", "2 years ago" and such. Useless.

Venting aside, I see why you can't see nor shoot through this floor, but I wonder why it's set up like this... Maybe there was a reason? I'm kind of hesitant about fixing this.
The lift doesn't even look see-through, wouldn't it just confuse players?

Broken sprites on Glock, Beretta and Colt.
Magnum and Matemba are ok.

Fix whatever submod screwed this up. :P

Your call on that, I just think it’s strange cause every other lift in open xcom lets you see/shoot through it.

And if an alien stays on that spot you can’t do anything till he moves.  Only an issue when there’s only 1 tile of lift, but still

For what it's worth, I had assumed this was intentional. TFTD and UFO lifts have always been different, and it would makes sense that underwater lifts would mimic TFTD behaviour.

You can intentionally use this behavior. Otherwise it doesn't cause much issues. Except in Tasoth Factory often some stragglers panic and sit on the upstairs lift. But sooner or later they will move, or you take along a hybrid unit to detect them, and use MC or Heart Grip staff.

OK, then. I just moved some nodes to hopefully prevent units from standing on the lift. (They will still be there if they get stuck because you blocked the lift from below.)

The game crashes on "Maps and scraps" mod, same issue as many other people have reported.
For example here: https://openxcom.org/forum/index.php?topic=12523.msg170465#msg170465

Stop using that mod.

Mashinobi go into Alien Containment. This might be an oversight, because they seem much more comparable to other cyborg/cyberweb units that are held in prisons (or maybe general stores, if they were to be more machines than humans).

Also, the despawn penalty for Osiron Hidden Warehouse Assault is 300 points. This is a rare occurrence where it is better to let the mission despawn rather than go there and abort immediately if you can't deal with it (for example, it spawns at a location which you cannot access with a craft that can bring along sufficient crew to successfully complete the mission). All neutrals killed gives you -480 points. Maybe the despawn penalty should be increased.

You're right. Their lore has changed, but I forgot to update the prison setting.

Well, rules are a bit different when non-civilians are involved. But I totally understand where the question came from. Perhaps I should re-examine the entire model, but I don't think it's that bad.

Speaking of which, it was also a bit surprising that Jarheads also require Alien Containment, rather than the similar containment as other cyborg-like units. Though I suppose this is easier to understand than Mashinobi, given that Jarheads are really just mechanical units. PSI capabilities don't seem to be a factor, because you can keep very strong PSI units in prisons just fine.

Sure. As a small interim fix, I'd just suggest increasing the despawn penalty to 500 so that the despawn penalty would be better in line with the other events.

Nah, I think not getting the goods is punishing enough. And we can't punish the player for neglecting active officers the same way we punish for neglecting civilians.

Bug Research tree.
Share terremite Tech ---> MAGMA offer Power Armor, but if you didn't share ellerium battery tech, you won't get Power Armor tech

Not a bug, 'leads to' is not 'unlocks'.
