This is mostly consequence of wrong MMB/RMB behavior btw.

May be hide feature should be disabled by default in .cfg, at least for research?

You're missing a facility with Culture service, e.g. Mess Hall. Also, Back to School requires Library service, which is different.

I've been assuming I need to keep my SAM sites stocked with Stingray missiles by manufacturing them independently and sending them to the site.   Do I actually have to do this?

No, base defence installations don't use ammo.

I'm amazed you had the spare laser lenses for all those missiles. :D

Base defeses could use ammo, it's just that in X-Piratez none do.

I guess if you've already got a good 10-20 of your own Custom Lasrifles you don't need much else. :D

Though personally I'd rather use them for Lancer Missiles than Stingrays :D

I'm also like "thank goodness" it doesn't use ammo for a base defence; that would change a mediocre base element into a very undesirable one, at least for me, considering the economical cost of making your own missiles. Not to mention I already feel like I don't have enough space with 6 bases with the all the facilities XPZ needs. :D

Hi 2 questions:

What are the requirements for missions with VIP units? I'm on August 2602 and haven't seen any VIPs yet.

This run I'm on my fourth mission against Deep One bases, and I've stopped counting missions against the Dream Relay, so so far I have a permanent squad of specialists. But nothing major from the other factions. Is this normal or am I missing something?
