If you don't already know, there's a bug in your "Support Drones" mod. I ran afoul of it yesterday. While trying to find information, I found a post on ht[FFS I'm just trying to post a bug report]tps://openxcom.mod.io/support-drones that had the error message and a fix, which I applied and it did work.

If this error was unexpected, please report it to the developers.
To fix it, go into Ruleset/items.rul and delete every line that starts with "hitAnimation".
Currently used mods, in case it matters: AwesomeGuns (most recent download) and XcomUtil_Experienced_Soldiers.
