None.

You can try other mods though... for example XcomFiles is bigger than FMP (and contains most of it).

You should just try other Total Conversion mods by themselves. Final Mod Pack is designed to have everything it needs or wants. If it's not enough for you, then you can attach other mods, but you risk mod conflicts.

I dont want play in other for now, because i modifies FMP according to my preferences [add new soldiers/aliens looks, skins etc...]

Pirates and X-files is not my style mods i prefer old 90'rs climate ufo [not suits, not cars, amazons] and FMP have this climate
If one day I would play in other mods, I will try it "Area 51", but now FMP is great fun for me.

I download and testet 3 mods compatibile which Final Mod Pack
- Hybrid Soldiers [early, I could not recruit them, he have own armors !  It is always an additional unit of ally]
- Mechtoids [additional Secoids, rare appearance but tough enemy, have nice diffrent looks]
- HQ Sounds FMP - maybe nod old style, but i like it : )

all works fine
Compatible modifications exist only need to search and check it : D

Now I am interested in more aliens ships...
My new sprites and paperdolls for FMP 4 male agents blad heads and diffrent skin colour [green suits]

Here in the attachment is all the mods I had going in a recent run through of FMP v 2.0b, to the best of my ability I checked out that FMP didn't have any of these but the more mods you put on the higher the chance of something conflicting and FMP is now v2.1.

FMP is all about having as many good mods as possible. Since support for it has been discontinued, perhaps you can make a list of mods which have been tested and determined to work in FMP. I'll offer you a bit of troubleshooting help: Stick to the small mods. When you get mod conflicts, check the mod for redundant code. If anything has vanilla values, remove it. Then try again and see if it isn't fixed.

Pirates and X-files is not my style mods i prefer old 90'rs climate ufo [not suits, not cars, amazons]
X-COM Files gets familiar UFOs in January 1997, jumpsuits around summer of 1997, Skyranger, Interceptor and radars in 1998, and by 1999 it's more or less the way it used to be (with a lot of extra).

And if you want really beautiful UFOs, try Xeno Operations: https://openxcom.org/forum/index.php/topic,2913.0.html
