Scout Drone compatible with lastest nightly build?

Ivandogovich was so kind to make some more dronesprites on my request.

Once i finish the BigObs and extract FloorObs i will also add a Hoverdrone and a Alloy Version of the tracked ones.
So we have a fully fleged Support Drone mod ^^

I made this inventory sprite for a medical drone (converted from the standard drone inventory picture). Maybe it'd be useful for someone.

Thanks, but most of it comes from... I think Ivan Dogovich. I just did a little recolour and some details, like the + symbol and the medical dispenser arm.
