[WEAPON] Machine pistol

Here's a 2x2 one-handed automatic weapon, for close combat specialists. The shooting stats are the same as the Gauss pistol from TFTD, and the clips hold 24 pistol bullets.

I pixelled the sprites from scratch, and hereby put them in the public domain - so feel free to re-use !

Maybe it would be better if you ZIP the ressources within a sub-folder instead of directly in the ressoruce folder, so it is easyer to keep each mod in it's own sub-folder.

Don't have the time to check, but is it comparable with the laser pistol in time unit costs?  Maybe this is one that'll fire real quick like the laser pistol?

Laser pistol is always better. This is human tech (pre-laser), it has to be balanced with the other weapons that are immediately available.

v2 Update : Added a floorobj, packaged resources in a subdirectory, added a french translation (Ascadix : I picked "pistolet auto" in order to fit better with the other stock XCOM weapons)

which i never stood, please may someone make a modified version of thi mod and create an IMI uzi, i think it's more cool plus more fitting in a strategy gme (it is useb by variuus special assault troops until today)

I chose a micro uzi as a reference, the one you displayed is the longer version designed to be used with both hands.

Thanks Nightwolf! Uploaded v3 in first post, which:
- Is in UTF-8 without BOM
- Adds spanish translation
- Fixes language string for en-GB, which I had written en-UK (Thanks Falko's modtester)
- Fixes file case for Linux users (Thanks Falko's modtester)
- Uses lower ids because Supsuper said we should stay under 1000
