Detailed Description

Select Armor screen that lets the player pick armor for the soldiers on the craft.

Creates the Craft Armor state.

Initializes all the elements in the Craft Armor screen.

Parameters
gamePointer to the core game.
basePointer to the base to get info from.
craftID of the selected craft.
