Here attaching a translation into Russian language. It is far from perfect, but there is simply no other.

1. extraStringsXCFA.rul and Tactical_LightningXCFA.rul copy to directory Ruleset.
2. itemsShields.rul copy to directory Ruleset\rulesetModules.
