Tell me in which document to edit the attack speed of units. I want the shooting to be instant, without tracking the bullet and delays between shots. I would like 3-5 shots in 1 second.

You don't need to edit any files, just go to Options->Battlescape.

No, it's too slow.
It happens that when a bullet goes beyond the edge of the map, the next shot happens immediately without delay, I want something similar.

Somehow miniguns are classified as having an extra fast fire speed, haven't dug through the rulesets to figure out how, but that is another option.

Increased bulletSpeed parameter and removing the sprite animation from the bullet hitting by setting hitAnimation: -1 on the ammunition.
