what is this Vector crash ??

i'm having a trouble every run i do i face this crash in early game when i shut down a UFO around midle east , i have no idea how can i fix it tho
the log says

[12-02-2020_11-19-39]   [FATAL]   A fatal error has occurred: vector::_M_range_check: __n (which is 18446744073709551615) >= this->size() (which is 6)

but again , no idea what can i do about it ...

You need to upload the mod and save.. error log is not enough.
