Howdy! :D

It's been a while, huh? CMP is still alive and working.
We are currently updating the IDT_AIRPORT (Airport) map. The new thematic is a military facility! Additionally, the issue with SCANG was solved.

Keep tuned for more maps!

Hey, just want to report a bug in this pack! The Shipping Lines terror mission (STR_TERROR_MISSION_SHIPPING_LINES) is missing a corresponding entry in the alienDeployments.rul file, causing the game to crash if it randomly generates that mission type.

Hello, folks! We released a new update for both CMP Vanilla and Extended recently!

Among the features, two new terrains:

* Corn Farm, made by Luke83, Solarius Scorch and me. Features a the classic red barn & buildings, with corn fields and grain silos!
* Arctic Outpost, made by Solarius Scorch, Dioxine and Brain_322. A seemly lonely military tower lost in the snow, has a secret beneath!


You can download them from Mod.io or the GitHub Repositories for both versions.

Howdy, fellas!

A new update of CMP is ready for downloading. Both versions have been update with the very same content, so both changelogs are the same.

The new features are several City terrains made by cevaralien, author of XCOM Multimod. Desert, mountain, snow and jungle are now in the Geoscape and the Terror Sites!

Also, a minor patchfixing to a tile of Corn Farm terrain, that led to CTD. That terrain should work now.

Where can the required TU set for different terrain types?
In some cases only 2 TU is needed for the movement and only 1 TU to run. Is it intended or just a bug?

required TUs are part of map definitions, you can change them using your favourite map editor

Many thanks Meridian. I have never used any map editor before.
I checked the forum and used MCDEdit to modify TUs to the 'regular' value(4).

Can I install all three, or just FMPE and one?

EDIT: As per https://openxcom.org/forum/index.php?topic=2027.msg163469#msg163469 FMPE includes some but not all of the terrain maps, and you should only install FMPE or things will break.
