Alien insurgency with UFO shot down and not recovered.

Hey guys, I was wondering if this can be done with the current ruleset without needing new codes.

Here is the detail.

Alien UFO shot down, you don’t have time to recover it. The crash site disappears, and the aliens were not rescued. They then causes trouble near crash sites.

I am thinking of the recent event trigger made available recently. After a UFO crashed and not recovered. It then trigger a few aliendeployments similar to those in xcomfiles like random events with Aliens doing mini terror missions.

Is this possible?
