The Wounded Fight if Base Attacked option is a great feature, unfortunately leads to a lot of trouble if it's a base with a lot of severely wounded. Is it possible to build an option to set thresholds for how severely wounded a soldier/gal will fight, with those more wounded evacuating as normal? It could even be an option set by the mod maker to fit with the scheme of their mod.
After all, it is a more realistic way of handling things in a modern military unit. Heavily wounded troops are evacuated if possible, since they cannot fight effective, and attempts to do so are likely to result in exacerbation of their injuries, while more lightly wounded soldiers may serve guard duty, or overseeing parts of the evacuation operation, though often still given lighter duties than the completely uninjured.

This is already implemented in the latest version of OXCE.
Keep (as user option on the GUI):
---------------
* Wounded fight if base attacked (health >= x%) - default 100%
In the settings you can set the level of soldiers' health in percent, below which soldiers do not participate in the defense of the base.
