[REQUEST] Purchasable items have countries of origin and a max quantity/month

Similarly to XCom Apoc, it would be interesting to be able to attribute to the purchasable items a list of countries of origin and a maximum quantity per month. If a country ino the list is controlled by aliens you cannot buy anything from it

I think this would be a great idea.

Something like this is more likely to get accepted into OXCE or OXCE+.

Or make it a lot more expensive, since you'll have to source it via different countries / black markets.
