The outline seems to be clipped, as if one pixel is missing on each edge.
Can you tell us which graphical filter you're using, and is there a similar problem if you set no filter at all ?

You mean the Display Filter? Its set to Scale, and the problem is still there when disabling it or changing to other filters.

check your ufo data folder, if there are any non-allcaps folders in there (Shader, Ruleset, Language, etc) delete them.
