I need help with installing a mod into X-PirateZ

I need help installing the mod in the above link, but help has been less than forth-coming from that specific thread.  Could someone please tell me how to install the mode before the whole thing drives in insane?

Merdian's stuff isn't a mod, it's an .exe that is already included with the latest version of X-Piratez.

You don't actually need to install it as Dioxine has already put this in the game.

That's not entirely true, seeing that he *does* update it faster than Dioxine releases updates.
