Getting "application stopped" everytime, before loading game menu

All  work fine, then i have strarted changing screen filters. Most work correctly, but someone causes game crushed. Now after  loadind "dos screen" (correctly), i have start music and windows aplicatiopn erorr immediately, everytime, i dont even have a menu loading to change it back.
os windows 7 x64. Openxcom last ver, from downloads here.
