Memorial should list how many soldiers have been sacked

Memorial should list how many soldiers have been sacked.

I love having the Memorial, but I wish the page listed how many soldiers have been sacked. If possible, create a second page with a list of sacked soldiers and the option to reenlist them (should cost extra money). Gov's and businesses do rehire people they've let go before.

To prevent abuses, people brought back should be demoted by one rank.

Any thoughts?

Well, the memorial will only list the soldiers killed, but yeah, it will count how many soldiers were hired, soldiers sacked, and soldiers lost.

Why would I need to rehire a soldier? I only sack soldiers with terrible Bravery stats since rookies can always be used either as cannon fodder or as guards for secondary bases. And if the choice is between rehiring a mediocre soldier or hiring a new one then I'd rather take my chances with the new guy rather than a low bravery soldier.

Two possible reasons to rehire a soldier.

1. You accidently sacked the wrong one.

2. They have better stats than your current troops (psi being very likely).

Bravery isn't that important once you have a few officers.

If someone fired me and then came back crying for me to return, I'd tell them to go kiss a Reaper's ass. :P

What if they want to rehire you after you've been proven right in the dispute that got you fired?

Or

What if the boss who fired you got fired and your buddy took his place?

Or

What if they offered you a crap load of money?

I would say yes to all 3 because the first 2 advance my career, which likely lead to a better job and the third will lead me to a better life style.
