Semi-Auto Plasma Weapons

I suggest semi-auto for plasma weapons, even possibly, lasers.

Another variation-what about semi-auto for rifle types, with auto for the heavy classes of plasmas and lasers,
or even a mix?

all plasma weapons ARE semi-auto, in the classical definition of the term, and are capable of burst fire, so i'm not sure what you mean.

I'm thinking he means some kind of marksman weapon that has no automatic mode, like Robin's ballistic sniper rifle.
