Anyone have a PCKview install that works on Win8?

PCK VIEW does not work for me either
to see/get original sprites i now use the https://openxcommods.weebly.com/bb_tools.html
Spoilerhow?:
copy the XXX.pck and XXX.tab file in the bb_tact subfolder
cmd
cd .....\bb_tact
PCK2GIF XXX
now there is a new folder with sprites
they do not have the correct palette but with aseprite tahts easy to fix
its a bit more complicated and without gui but the bbtool gui does not work for me
