I just found the gameplay video in youtube.  The video looks as good if not better than X-Com.  Of course we all know it's just a video and doesn't really mean anything.

If it was on PC, I was interested, but now it doesn't get me excited at all... I just don't like strategy games on mobile devices; I need a big screen and a mouse. :p

Well this is freeware game, but there exist donations in exchange to in-game finance help. This is definitly singeplayer, but there exist online hi-score table. I not found in thier site plans about porting to PC.

Game have have english interface, so you, guys can play with this game (Java powered cell-phone is required).

It's line of sight, not actual "lighting" like in X-Com.

Wow, I just tried this for some time and it looks really cool and polished.
Funny the game is playable in english but the website is russian only.

Game asks your language before first start. Russian and English available. Also you can change it in Settings ("", 4th line in Main menu, and then "?").
