Hello and welcome!
This is a good question, but I'm afraid it should be more specific, since there are many ways to go about this problem.
First of all, are you trying to mod a vanilla game or some of the major mods? There are basically two ways of rendering paperdolls: as a single sprite or as layers (the latter only available in OXCE). These methods are completely different. Also, vanilla OXC is limited to 8 faces, but OXCE is not.
You mentioned OXCE, so I'll assume you're using that. OXCE doesn't come with any extra content, only with options to add it as a mod. If that's what you want to do, we can help, just please describe what you're trying to do in more details.
