No progress anymore. Do missed research?

There is no progress in the game anymore. More money than I need. Excellent skilled soldiers.
I was in the other dimension.
I do have the Avenger.
I do have ghost missions.

No things to do research about.

What else do I need? Maybe I miss something that I should collect? Or do I use to much explosive stuff and destroy the important things to collect?

You will need to post a save for anyone to be able to help you.

Probably you are missing Ethereal Commander (obtained by shooting down an Arbiter) and MiB Commander.

Assuming you're playing 3.0 and up, MIB commander starts the endgame chain.

Spoiler Endgame Chain:

MIB commander (magma reactor / mib strike ship) ->
Ethereal commander (Arbiter, 33% per month) ->
MIB master log (MIB lunar base) ->
Alien orbital -> ... Cydonia chain, pretty linear

Good luck been about 5 in game years since I've seen a strike ship at this point. MiB Commanders are pretty rare.
