I propose adding several options for variability of stationary protection systems.
1. When defending a base, the UFO energy shield should be taken into account, but not its regeneration. When it is broken, there should be a message about the shield falling, like during interception.
2. Damage modifier for energy shields, like for ship weapons.
3. The new parameter "AvoidDefens" should reduce the chance of hitting a UFO for defense systems.
All this is needed for variability of defense systems.
Example - to shoot down a Dreadnought, you need a lot of firepower from Blaster Defense, but it is almost useless against a medium-sized landing craft with "AvoidAirDefens: 50", since its accuracy drops from 85 to 35. While a weak Laser Defense, with an accuracy of 150, can effectively repel an attack, but it is useless against a Dreadnought due to its weak firepower.
Another example. Laser Defense has ultimate accuracy, Blaster Defense has ultimate power, and Plasma Defense has double the effectiveness against energy shields.
