This is a standalone copy of the Hitflash effect from The Xcom Files.

It causes units to flash when they are hit based on damage type dealt.

Just to clarify, the effect was written by Mistar Red for Piratez and XCF simultaneously.

As far as I know, the file can be dropped in any mod and still work.
