OpenXcom has crashed: Unit STR_MALE_CIVILIAN_BLACK not found

Hi. I encountered this error (see attached screenshot) that crashed the game.
The only mod I used is Final Mod Pack and Final Mod Pack Extended.
The crash occurred as I am about to engage MiB terror site (in FMP they appear like landed UFOs, but the transmission resolver provides the info). The site is somewhere in southern Africa.
The crash does not at all end the game since I could just opt not to do it.
But this report may hopefully help identify some issues, perhaps mod conflict.
Any help would be appreciated.

Repeatable crash, until I decided to do a couple of hours of patrolling with the SkyMarshall and then assaulted again.
