[Suggestion] Right click removes any item on equip soldier
« on: March 25, 2015, 06:19:32 am »
Example: if I right click on a soldier's hand during the Equip Screen, any weapon or item on that location is immediately placed on the ground.

This system is already used in UFO2000. Saves some time by not having to bring the item manually from hand to ground.

Isn't that what ctrl-clicks do in OpenXCom? ctrl-click on something on the ground, it goes to its default location (hand for guns, belt or backpack for other stuff), ctrl-click anywhere else in the inventory, item goes on the ground.

Maybe adding the right-click as a different way of doing that would be nice though. It's easier than ctrl-click.

You can use strg+leftclick to achieve the same result.

You can use strg+leftclick to achieve the same result.

This should be listed under Options/Controls since it isn't reference there.
