Psionic tech, can’t research

I haven’t taken it off from the settings. I interrogated like 15 Etherials and I don’t get it ☹️

Seems that you were playing a mod. I had the same issue. So I had to research Alien Entertainment as well. And after that, I was able to research Psi-Lab.  The research trees in mods are quite often very different.

Yeah, that isn't much information to go on. Are you using mod(s), what version of OXCE, what does the tech tree viewer say etc.? A save file would probably be helpful as well.
