It was removed entirely, your only option nowadays is to save edit and change your buildings xy coordinates.

Your bug, once again, isn't one.
You can't build over armored vaults.
Besides, "Facility in use" is pretty clear indicator of what would be preventing you from doing whatever you're thinking of doing.

Edit: In the hawk enemy outside can shoot me but i cannot shoot
All normal and working as intended, unit sees at eye level but shoots from their hip.

Ok thanks, i got that, i was asking also for "graphical examples",  for instance how i recognize it when it is fully grown? there is an asterisk on it? And most important sectoweed cannot be bought at black market?
I actually prefer not playing using the tech tree viewer, it's really cheaty and i think it sould be used for testing purposes, hope Dioxine in the final version will disable it
How do you regoc... it's a building, what happens when a building gets completed? Do you just click through everything game shows you?
Not wanting to "spoil" yourself is understandable and I thought there was an option or maybe it was a fever dream of mine.
But really, do you not read the research entries of things?

Last time I got that far, it was to pray to RNG god the ship (bomber being one, dunno others) kept its engines intact so the parts didn't go poof.

Um, no.  Those two weapon classes have different applications.  Sure there are plenty of cases where either could be used effectively, but for many of those a rifle class or pistol class would probably be an even better choice.
It was a lousy attempt at a joke since the calculations that go into hit&damage feel so against me at the worst of times I just adopted the position of favoring quantity over quality when choosing weaponry for my gals. I usually do end up with pistols though.
With snipers I expect results each and every time, but when they fail, it just stings so much more. MGs don't hit with every round, but usually deliver when they do. Both require similar setup to use too.

My results would be just about the same: both failing to do (enough, if any) damage and/or hurting melee gal.
No, the correct answer would be to have another melee gal with them as laid out in plenty of places but #054 stuck to me: "Never do it alone. A pair is much better. Four makes a party."
