If a research topic has that value then a) The mod or a submod has enabled the new research sorting and b) you have hidden it, probably unintentionally.
If you load a save before your edit, you should probably see it if you change the view in the research window to show hidden topics.

Terribly sorry to bother, but I had a question about the researchRuleStatus.
I was curious as to why I couldn't research Helix Knight when I was certain I had everything unlocked for it, and the research itself had unlocked in "poppedResearch".
When I looked at "researchRuleStatus", for some reason it had a value of 3. I've seen 1 and 2, but never 3. Would any of you happen to know what that value means? And I must admit I cheated by setting it to 1 and the research unlocked as it should have.

I too have had issues with Promotion II now in 3.0. Did they significantly nerf the amount of Psiclones that Exalt carry around? Because I've seen none and I'm into august.

A Question in addition to this.
The HQ has a 2% radar chance of world-wide range. Is there a benefit to building multiple HQ's to roll the dice for early aliens or discovering manors?

I have good experience with the heavy shotgun.  You kind of have to haul ass in order to get into proper range with it though.

Not sure if it has been mentioned, but some walls of the Warehouse Wars (Can't remember their actual name) structures are thicker than they should be.
Some of the walls, (like the east of the major building) can be pressed up against, while the east of the smaller buildings (just below the large one) force you to stay a square away from them.

Unlikely. What would be the point of the mod?

Also, what kind of service is bothered by pixel nipples? Whoever they are, screw them. (Even YT doesn't mind.)

Twitch can have their heads up their arses sometimes and I doubt a lot of streamers want to take a chance with that.

I love this Mod and would love to livestream it for others enjoyment, but all the bared tits are toeing plenty of Terms of Service.
Any possibility we'll be able to see a "reversed" nude mod in the future, covering up some of the artwork? (Even though it's a darn shame)

A question: First time I'm playing since the update, and I had a Watchtower mission where that blue robot-like decoration was planted right outside the door to the watchtower, preventing access. Is this intentional?

Well, one thing you can do is check the graphs to see which regions are most affected by enemy activity and then try patrolling there. There's no guarantee of success, but you may get lucky.
Isn't patrolling near impossible with how short the ship radar is nowadays? (Unless you count zeppelins)

Anyhow. I absolutely Love the new mechanic with the small faction hubs. Great way to earn notoriety.

Not sure if it has been mentioned but I've had several issues with corpses changing appearance when they are being picked up.
For example, picked up one Mercenary Commando and once it got into my hand it turned into what I believe was an Academy unit

New players will be worried about other stuff. Like getting massacred :) It ain't an entry-level mission. Plus, these walls should yield to shotgun/AP and Magnum rounds that can be found inside the Mansion.
