OXCE Support / [Answered] Mission restarts when same hotkey is used for "use hand item" and "item action"

Version: OXCE 7.9.6
A battlescape mission goes back to the landing screen (battlescape crashes?) when the same hotkey is used for "use right/left hand item" and "Item action 1-5".
e.g. I tried to set the "R" key for both "use right hand item" and "Item action 1" so that the weapon could be fired by double tapping the key.
Other cases: when the same hotkey is used for multiple item actions, e.g. "Item action 1" and "Item action 2"
