Cydonia Base Pathfinding Bug (Mindcontrolled?)

I've attached a save file where I entered the Cydonian base with a soldier that was mind controlled. I'm now experiencing a bug where one of my soldiers will not execute movements resulting in a soft-lock of the game. I'm not 100% certain which soldier that was, but I believe it was Octavian Munteanu since that is the bugged soldier.
