[WIP] Hyper & Trajectories: ballistics superfast

for me, ballistic weapons were always a hassle; increase projectile speed, lose visibility; decrease projectile speed, the game becomes overly painful when your 20 people squad really need to spend their entire turn auto firing rifles.

this mod tries to fix it up by using vapor trails from TFTD: it's easy to spot the projectile and it's visually pleasing to watch.

### MAJOR CHANGES ###
All projectiles are now extreamly fast, at most 1900% increased:

(speed, hitanimation speed; original game's projectile speed at max is 20)
# Ballistics
Rifle: 400, Removed
Pistol: 200, Removed
Autocannon:60, 3x
Heavy cannon: 30, 2x
# Lasers
200, 3x
# Plasmas
40, 2x

however the values haven't been micromanaged yet; would be helpful if you reply with better options;

Spoiler:
vaporColorSurface | determines color ( numbers in transparency.rul; 'dark' colors seems to not work well)
vaporDensitySurface | How 'big' a vapor would be; check TFTD ruleset for furthur info
vaporProbabilitySurface | Percentage a vapor would be created; default 15
