Can confirm that neither download link works.

TinyUpload's is plain 404, and RapidShare's seems like it might work but upon solving the captcha it throws a "Rapidshare could not open file for reading" error.

Can confirm as well: Neither link works. RapidShare is a touch different in how it doesn't work, though: With Mozilla Firefox 113.0.2 on Windows 11, it shows an error message reading:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to rapidshare.io.

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

HTTPS only mode was off.
