I get medicine researched, and that gives me a nice long report. Next is advanced medicine and then Bio Lab.

This is a mission with a single heavily armed enemy and lots of civilians. Often there will be policemen that will kill him before the agents get a go.

I almost caught this one, but it is too far for public transport. I should either add a base near there (expensive) or research something faster.
