Umm, no!

I can't quite get the hang of when should the Hellicopta start to get at the right half of day.

We finish a minor interrogation and can now buy AKMs, which we will never buy of course.

Not an ideal landing zone.

I am contemplating the choices of whoever armed this team. Must have been a complete idiot. 3 snipers and 2 longer rangish rifles. No shotguns!?

Turn 1.

May be I should have brought a dog, or equipped some flashlights.

Turn 2.

Lets hope he is a terrible shot, that Chosen with the Magnum.

Turn 3.

Uhh, mmm, is that normal A.I. behavior? I mean, I am fine with them being masochists, worshiping Lovecraftian Elder Gods and stuff, but ...

That Chosen, just walked up to my agent and turned the other way. No shots fired, no fists. Is he trying to use him as cover from the rest of my agents?

Sadly no save of that situation.

Outcome. Yeah, we got one of the things I want from the Church of Dagon at that point. The others are G11 and FN-FAL!

EDIT: Oh, and I also wanted Alien Communicators.
In retrospect I should have armed everyone with shotguns and Desert Eagles instead of sniper rifles. None of the Dagonists have good armor anyway.

OK, lets do some math (Hey, I am a mathematician. No one said this is work!).

The Helicopta does 230 km/h. The Helicopter range is 5400 which is about half quarter around the world I think. So it takes about a 5400/230 hours to go to the extreme range of the Helicopta. In American documentary terms this is about the time it will take an average snail to go through 3 football fields! Or about a gazillion times the time needed to eat a hot dog! Or a bazilion New York seconds.

OK, I am not an American, I need the actual number in human calculable terms.

OK, so 5400/230 is, uhm, the first digit is 1, so 5400 - 2300 = >2300!, you moron, it is not 1! OK, the first digit is 2, so 5400 - 2300x2 = ,uhm 1800? So the second digit is 6 or 7. Yeah, I will not even check! That is 26-27 hours to get to the end of the range.

So that Cuban Outpost should be about 1 full day flight, then I have 2-3 hours of hovering in the tank if I am a bit early.

OK, Less than 24 hours, but still, it is better than the 50-50% of not doing elementary math.
