End of month.

Does buildings count for maintainace if still building?

If not, I screwed it up and built the Intel Lab a day early.
With all the money I got from the council I could only buy two scientists. I will need to clean up the cellar again.

Second turn.

We got one punch for no effect and answered with a stun shot and some pinches. Second farmer down.

Turn two.

Another Megaworm showed up and killed some bedouin, but neither shot at our agents. Extremely Bizarre Lifeforms.

Mulder healed both expendables, and they both missed the Megaworm with Desert Eagles, but he missed them in return too. Scully tried to stun a bedouin woman, but she refused to sleep, because the sand is too hot or something.

There was a slight disturbance in the force (I misclicked end turn instead of Abort and accidentally reset the whole mission to the beginning.), so the whole mission got redone. With similar results. I didn't try hard to loose it again, but the Megaworms simply get bored with shooting at us and decide to charge in at some point.

In retrospect everyone should have been armed with shotguns maybe!? For higher damage per turn. But the Megaworms could walk quite long distance once they decided to munchie-munchie.

Or maybe I should have climbed one of the hills, but I don't think I would have had enough ammo that way.

EDIT: Retcon activate!

Chapter 5: The age of HUMVEES and Beaches!

Retcon Deactivated!

Research update.

I get the Surfurs cover, which I don't think will be used until I get Osiron from somewhere. It is reminding me that I am about 20 meters from the beach right now, so I should stop sitting on this computer.

Also we get the HUMVEE at last and I cleared out the cellar of living Zombies and Farmers (they sold to the same customer, some representative of "Luchador Company" named Smiley, I wonder what do they want to use them for?) and other assorted junk.

Next research drive is for the Basic Flight Training and then HELICOPTA.
