After you research *Eurosyndicate deal* I either have to kill rebels or goverment that gives heavy infamy penailty or just get a -2000 infamy flat is there a way to cancel the deal?

Also, don't forget that you get 10 points for each unit captured so long as they have been previously researched.  It doesn't sound like much but remember that a killed rebel or govt unit can cost 35 points or so.

There is a future research that will get you out having to do any more of those missions.  For me, I only had to do those missions for about a game year or so.  I think it is called renegotiate eurosyndicate deal or something like that.
