Murky overlay for undersea battlescape.
« on: January 02, 2020, 03:25:06 pm »
Hi, I want to achieve a murky blueish overlay like Luke has done for his battlescape game.

Please see screenshot. I am trying to figure out which index of the pal JASC-PAL I need to correct so I can achieve this murky overlay? Can someone advice which index need to be change and what would the value be?

Please check screenshot. The one to the left is mine and right is Luke. I am using a customize Pal like he is.

There is no overlay. That's a palette.

All palette indexes need to be changed, to whatever value you want them to be.

If you like my pallet, just use my pallet, doing extra work just so its created by you make little sence to me.

It is not compatible to my mod.  Some of the colours from my terrain uses a special colour range define only in my pals.

You could reverse engineer his palette by checking the colors in it against their originals, to determine the transform that was done to make it. Apply the same transform to your air palette and it should look comparable to his.
