1.) which (sub)mods do yu recommend turn on, activate, and whats not ?
2.) rank´ing, order of the mods,
place, ranks of major and minors mods too
does it depend on what place on the list of the mods they are placed ?
(does the functioning of the mod depends upon theyir order, rank-ing in the mod´ list ?
II. vehicles
1.) cars,
car - i think top speed is set-up too much,
too quick speedy - for offices clerks´ ..Sedans, /bmw, (Peugeots..) from, made in ~~1984 ~1988 ~~ 1996, is 200 km/h ( ..or even in miles per hour? ) too much off..
..around ~~ 120 ~ 160, as very maximal speed would be fine & fair enought, for those upper-middle (and higher) class cars from *80 / 90* years..
that van would have just 1 weapon pod..

2.) that APC, armored (fighting) transporter
- he definately WOULD have at LEAST (but better really 2) 1 mount'ed weapon pods.. for lightier weapons,
( = ..up to ~~30 ~ 50 mm Melara, /Bushmasters, etc rapid-fire autocannon.. - as in automatic weapons ("turret") platform
en plus:
1x 12,7 ~ 16mm heavy machine gun, hard-mounted on pod
1 ~ 2 x 7,6 light machinegun, on flexible, circle -turn-able pod
..and speed again:
top speed 75 mph (km/h) would be more fitting for that armored troops carrier
and such 130 kmph i would get to the VAN
