TFTD Hybrid problems.

Hi, I am currently making a mod for my UFO mod which is a TFTD hybrid.

This quest of mine has come to many answered questions.

I have tried to use this tool to populate the sea with polygons so I can make the Hybrid thing happen. However, as great as the tool is, I have problem with skewed Triangles in game. Does anyone has a globe.rul that they have populate the sea with triangles or polygons? A donation will be much appreciated. If not, how does one delete polygons after one added it?

2) Is there another program which allow the edit of globe.rul? I am aware of Volutar's editor, unfortunately this program you cannot upload any rul files into it.

2a) I had tried merging the globe data from TFTD with UFO, unfortunately I got absolutely nothing or change for my effort.
I was hoping to use the sea polygon from TFTD for short cuts, anyone got any ideas why it didn't work?

3) For terrain editing, I am aware there are 12 type of original terrains in the game. If I want to add more, the programs above only allow for 12. How can I add more? And how do you define or change the colour of the terrain type? Say Terrain 12, how do you change the colors to light blue from Polar ice caps with sea?

I am looking for three colours, Light Blue, Blue and dark blue. For the height elevation.

4) Does anyone has any TFTD pals converts that is as near to the TFTD palette original colors I could have? IF not how does one acquire them? There is nothing in the vanilla game I know or understand which I could rip off.

5) Underwater sound for underwater mission is completely missing. I tried searching through the rul in the other games and mods. There are no references I can find. So any help is good in understanding how underwater sound is enable. At the moment I have no door opening sound, no weapon sound and etc.

PS: if you are new to OpenXcom modding... I would suggest starting with something else... making a hybrid ufo/tftd mod is DIFFICULT.

I am in contact with Luke, he lives in the same city as me but a little far away. Thanks.  His mod is not available for download and out of respect for him. I do prefer my mod to go toward my direction.  I want to do a straight up UFO/ TFTD hybrid game.  So far, I can built underwater bases and do under sea missions in the main game, but the problem I listed are the final hurdles I am facing.  Otherwise it is hard but not impossible.
