Per the namesake of this report, the Quartermaster has managed to obtain access to some contacts and weapons suppliers that could provide X-COM with some extra weapons for use in the field when needed. However, it can be safe to say that some of these maybe...unconventional, but they should work regardless. Either way, we hope to make good use of these weapons when possible.

After being able to locate a large creature of some kind in Bolivia, X-COM agents were able to terminate the creature, although the body was unable to be recovered by said agents, and as such, we would not be able to study the remains of the creature at this time. However, we suspect that by the time any news outlets are able to notice something strange, the corpse will have already decayed to a point where it cannot be easily recognised.

Case 015 After Action Report

In today's encounter, X-COM agents had been reportedly encountering giant beetles near the Mexican-American border, and as such, our agents were ordered to investigate the area, clear out the giant beetle infestation. Two eyewitnesses survived the encounter, though one of the survivors was fatally injured and has been taken to a nearby hospital for emergency medical attention. The other survivor appears to be traumatised by what had occurred, and as such, we have him under surveillance at this time. The giant beetle remains should be studied as soon as possible.

At the recommendation of our intelligence officer, we have begun investigating possible options for expanding X-COM's range of possible covert operations across the world. As a result, we expect to begin looking into a few ideas, such as the use of domestic dogs, and possible covers for our agents to avoid diplomatic incidents between Council member-states and non-Council member states. We are currently looking at the prospect of investigating further.

Crop circles were reported in Argentina, so X-COM agents were sent in to investigate. When they arrived, a zombie and another brainwashed farmer were already waiting for them, and we suspect that we may have to interrogate another farmer for the purposes of further insights into the alien threat. As such, I suggest we begin once the other interrogations are complete.

Once again, we were unable to obtain much information as a result of the uncooperative farmer. At one point, he had attempted to escape, and as such, Agent Leclercq was forced to execute him to prevent his escape. As such, we have decided to begin the report of another interrogation we just completed at the time of writing, due to there being little of note from this report.

After much frustration and some rather tense periods, we've finally managed to learn of the whereabouts of one of the suspects we had managed to capture. He claims to have been a "follower" of a cult known as the Church of Dagon, which has reportedly some connections to an underwater dark god, based on what we could gather from the suspect. We should attempt to investigate further into the whereabouts of this band of religious extremists before they become a serious threat.

As before, X-COM agents managed to respond to surveillance reports of a suspect being identified in a suburban area in Berlin, where the Mudranger was deployed to capture the suspect, as all other X-COM vehicles were unavailable at that time. As a result, the Mudranger, in spite of its somewhat questionable usefulness, has proven to be a decent vehicle for these kinds of short-range emergencies. Let's hope that this vehicle proves its worth in a similar emergency use only manner.

Subject: Red Dawn Ganger Interrogation Report

After several attempts to get our suspect to cooperate, we have managed to learn more about his whereabouts, especially those regarding a terrorist group called the Red Dawn, which is suspected to have affiliations to former Soviet-era leaders whom are suspected to have infiltrated the Russian Federation to a certain extent. At what extent this is done is not known, but what is known is that the suspect seems to have seen some form of biological enhancement provided by the Red Dawn group. As such, I recommend further investigation into the Red Dawn Network and their bioenhancement programs.

The first-ever full-on zombie outbreak has been reported in South Africa's border with Mozambique, which X-COM agents responded to and began the process of eliminating the zombies. In the meantime, however, I also expect to notify the Council that a live subject of a previously unknown zombie was captured in the field. As of this time, I recommend studying it for further analysis.

X-COM had responded to a report of some kind of giant frog, which was eliminated by X-COM agents in the field in the swamps of the US state of Virginia. We were, again, unable to recover the creature's corpse for study and as such, we are unable to gain anything useful from it at the moment.

Once again, much like the farmers, we were unable to gain anything useful from this particular prisoner, though we should attempt to interrogate the other prisoners. However, I have already ordered the research team to begin an autopsy of the zombie remains for the purposes of R&D at the time of writing this report.

X-COM agents managed to respond to reports of a small settlement in the Northern Provinces getting destroyed, as local survivors told our agents. It would appear that a minor zombie outbreak had ensued in the town and the next thing we knew, X-COM agents managed to eliminate the threat, albeit expending a significant portion of their available ammunition in the process. We should allow X-COM agents to bring in additional ammunition for these kinds of situations as soon as possible.

As of today, we've managed to gain some additional insights into the Church of Dagon's operations. It would appear that the Dagonists likely choose to remain in isolated settlements, hidden from the view of the rest of the world, and as such, it could be possible to attempt to locate and clear out said settlements. This would require a significant effort, however, though it is our best shot at securing any information about the high-ranking elements of this terrorist group.

Subject: EXALT Infiltrator Report

After a rather tense period of interrogation, we have managed to get something useful out one of our suspects, whom is reportedly working for an organisation known as EXALT. They appear to be operating in the Americas, and are likely connected to several criminal organisations for the purposes of the distribution of an illegal drug of likely alien origin known as Psiclone. As we can perhaps understand, this criminal/terrorist organisation would likely be affiliated in some form with the aliens and as such, need to be eliminated entirely.

It could be extremely likely at this point that the other cultists and terrorist groups are likely affiliated in some form with the aliens, and if so, they are a serious existential risk to human civilisation as we know it.

Subject: Dossier: Ivan Vaslov Report

An interesting note for our interrogation teams was the mention of a former East German KGB agent who is currently working with EXALT by our infiltrator who was interrogated earlier today. Here is what is known about the rogue agent so far:

He is known to have ties within the SVR and GRU, and is specialised in intelligence gathering, notably from human sources and from electronic systems. Interpol has already been notified as to his actions and criminal affiliations.

At this point, we suspect that if we are going to find Mr. Vaslov, we are going to have to start with some of his contacts.
