I just got this mission, but I seem to remember reading on this board that you aren't supposed to get this until after you've done an asylum mission (which I still haven't ever seen). Is this a bug?
I don't think that there was a new version after Solaris said that it is moved after the asylum.
So, not a bug in this version, but should be a bug if it persist in the next.
Also, the game sets all missions for a month at the beginning of the month. If you update mid month you might see missions that shouldn't show up per the new version. Something similar happens when you terminate a cult, you can still get a mission from it until the end of the month.
