I got the memo. Sad news, but I guess it was inevitable.
A lot of work was done on the project though, hopefully someone will figure out a way to pick it back up.

Would be nice, if they could add some instruction where to find content which was created for it. AFAIR there were many models done - maybe some projects could find them useful (like Daiky's remake).
