Wow, this looks... immensely useful. I mean it's not hard to write up something like this, but doing it very well definitely is. And it seems to be very much in line with both the vanilla game and, well, my own modding writefaggotry.

Awesome stuff. Only one comment on the very last part of it: You can already shoot through concrete walls right now. A usual private household wall made of concrete or clinker can be penetrated by available small fire arms in reality already. If that's to be a really superior weapon, it should do a bit more than that. Aside from that: Good job. =)
