DETAILS : Owner of countless bars in Russia, he uses them for unrestricted red dawn activity, and negotiating deals on "their terms". Theres also been several red dawn opposing individuals who end up dead, with autopsies indicating alcohol poisoning, but the owner always cites "some customers cannot handle booze", with video footage showing the person had no more than 3 drinks. Theres also a connection with the sex trade as well with his bars, but nothing of which can shut him down.

AFFILIATION : Red dawn
Details : An experiment into the bio enhancement system of red dawn, this man is the size of a small car, with bones the size of peoples limbs, and skin as thick as an elephants. Hes also fairly intelligent, making a deadly combination : a man whom is insanely strong, sturdy, and intelligent enough for tactical combat. Good news is his size means he cannot hide well. Bad news is, hes not dumb enough to hide from easily.

Details : A huge arms dealer operating in all major countries, this man is very good at spotting any and all loopholes, gaps, and grey areas in law, and exploiting them to no end. He often uses gun parts as pieces in "art" to sell them unrestricted, so buyers can assemble them without any legal checks. Its this kinda of activity which keeps both exalt and red dawn exceptionally well armed.

Affiliation : Exalt
Details : One of the experts on the inter workings of psiclone, also in charge of recruiting via hooking kids at raves onto psiclone under the guise of "Virtual reality", before pulling them into exalts system to get their fix. Someone needs to keep the fresh blood coming in, and foot soldiers on the ground, and Andrews work on hooking people on it around the globe is a HUGE asset to exalt.

Details : While his role may look innocent, hes a very key part in exalts hostile takeover which keeps them so well funded : he uses his position to shut off water, power, phone, and internet to targets of exalt hostile takeovers, of companies, residences, or just allowing exalt to assassinate some poor sap without being able to call the police. Though after information was found he went into hiding, it seems activity on his behalf is still occurring.

Details : A very frail, and soft looking old man, his training has kept him extremely limber and tough, to the point he can kill people in their prime, 3 times his size, unarmed, without much effort. He may look harmless, but hes one of the top assassins, and teachers for the black lotus. Its also not helpful his age, and friendly demeanor makes it extremely easy to make allies, even out of nowhere : A sweet, charming old man being attacked? kind of hard to not want to help protect him..
