[TFTD] Nightly 09-04-2223 - World.Dat Not Found

Having trouble starting up the game now.  Originally I installed the nightly with just TFTD and the game started up without hitch, I played several sessions over period of days.  Suddenly yesterday, I kept getting "world.dat not found" repeatedly.  I googled around and checked the folders to ensure that they are there.  Even tried reinstalling the openxcom, kept getting the same error.

I searched the forum, but I don't see any resolution regarding this.
