Thanks mate, some interesting tactics used.

I particularly liked the use of fire to block the alien exits, meaning they couldn't get out of the top of the UFO and rain any damage down to your men.
Never really used medikits in the way you did there. Interesting use for them and I guess thats why you have been less than subtle mentioning about researching alien corpses. Its works well with your game style.

A good watch. Thanks for sharing.

The medikits are used to refill the squaddie stamina. A soldier with 60 TU can normally move 15 tiles (for each tile 4 TU. 2 stamina), with running from alternate movement methods, its 20 tiles (for each tiles 3 TU and 3 stamina). So after 3 turns of constant running I actually move as far as 4 turns and am still able run & gun :D
Wearing Power Suits or Flying Suits supports such tactics, since they grant additional stamina.

The fire tactics is basically to prevent enemies from using exits or passageways, obviously it will also burn enemies on these tiles. Can also be used with great success even in close combat with melee only alien terror units, like reapers, chryssalids, muton Berserkers. It may lead to the alien having to run a big delay way around the fire, ending up with not enough TU's to attack you, which basically wastes his turn. Had a mission, were i had to do this to prevent two chryssalids charging and zombifying my snipers.

Are you sure you wanna do a dustoff on a snakeman terrormission?
You need a Chryssalid corpse for Medikit research :P

Otherwise you are forever stuck on the crappy field medikits :P

EDIT: You know that Alien Base Three contains Snakeman?

It's good to see how others do it. Man I just wished I had smoke machines available for the mod I am currently playing XDDD
I also never thought about using stims in that way- good idea.
