Live Alien Research Assistance

In XCOMUTIL there was an option where research times for most subjects were made excessively long but if you captured a live alien it would give you research progress.  This option isn't integrated into OXC like other UTIL/Extender and I couldn't find a mod that did this so I was wondering if someone could make a mod for it.
